– Refunds are available upon request up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson. Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds beyond this time.

– Course content and recordings will be kept exclusively for the participant students. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than printing or downloading to a local hard drive extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.

– Please note that I reserve the right to remove any student from a lesson if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful to others, without refund or compensation.

exam practice with feedback terms and conditions

– The £15 fee includes the live exam practice session, personal marking and individual feedback.

– Your completed paper must be submitted by the deadline provided to receive personal feedback.

– If you are unable to attend the live session, you will still receive access to the materials/recording, but the £15 fee is non-refundable.

– Your place and payment are for one student only.
