Flexible A-Level Maths lessons, designed to provide targeted support.

This live masterclass focuses on differentiation, one of the highest mark topics across A Level Maths. Students will learn how to choose the correct method, structure solutions clearly, and secure method marks in exam questions.

How It Works:

✅ 1st Hour – Year 12 differentiation.
We will learn how to differentiate polynomials, finding and interpreting stationary points, and applying differentiation to tangents and normals.

We also work through modelling questions where differentiation is used to find maximum and minimum values, with a strong emphasis on clear structure, correct interpretation of results, and securing method marks in full exam style questions.

✅ 2nd Hour – Year 13 Differentiation
We extend differentiation to more demanding exam content, including logarithmic and trigonometric functions, as well as the product rule, quotient rule, and chain rule in more complex settings. Students apply these techniques to multi step exam questions and real exam style applications, with a focus on choosing the correct method, setting out solutions clearly, and maintaining accuracy under exam conditions.

✅ After the lesson, students receive the recording and a Booklet with selected exam questions, answers and video solutions to practice.

Year 13 students do not need to book the Year 12 session separately. The Year 13 session already includes the first hour.
